As a kid I struggled with nerves before a lot of matches. I used to catch myself wanting the easiest route possible for a win. This lead me to start overvaluing the win, which lead me to being scared to lose. Be excited for the actual wrestling, and good things happen.
Jim Miller was a NCAA Champ &multiple AA at UNI. He went on to become the Head Wrestling Coach at Wartburg College and lead his team to 10 NCAA Division III team titles & 21 consecutive conference championships!
