@ASOS I was hoping you could help, i have a skirt which i bought (still within the returns window) which i haven’t worn but the label is removed as when i went to wear it the leather split. This is obviously faulty as it didnt split at the seam it was the actual leather.

@EastMidRailway I was supposed to travel from nottingham to peterborough where i was getting a connecting train at 1.51. Meaning i would now need to get the 11.50 train and sit for 30 minutes at grantham. I wasn’t even informed of the cancellation which is shocking customer service
