@TUIUK at PUJ charged $125 for overweight luggage. Same luggage as on way out, nothing purchased, toiletries used, kgs worth of race fuel used as husband did a race. Plenty of other customers in same position. Cash only 😳 couple behind us were 8kg lighter in uk - nice scam 🤬

Fraudulent transaction on card. Call @HSBC_UK takes 4 people 2 b taken seriously. Passed around, no info shared so repeating. 2 people want 2 wait until money left account! Final person helpful, finds additional fraud that got declined missed by others. Why is this so hard??

Absolute shambles @transport_wales @CardiffHalf only one train running which was full at Aber and then so many runners just left on platforms! Gave it a try - won’t be doing it again!
