I bought a faulty laptop from yourselves for my daughter for Christmas, I contacted you regarding this on the 26th December and was told to return it. I did on the 30th and have been asked to show proof of this which I did. Yet I have still not had a refund!@Wowcher_Support

@oaphelp @Wowcher_Support The tablet isn't even turning on and my daughter used it for less than a day. The supplier denies delivering on behalf of #wowcher and the only answer from wowcher is that everyone is on holiday and won't be back until Monday. Disgraceful service!

I purchased a 2 in 1 tablet as a Christmas present for my daughter. She hasn't even used it for 24 hours before the clips snapped off the detachable keyboard and the tablet screen is just blank. It also had private photos already on it. @Wowcher_Support
