@TPEassist we were supposed to be on the 9.44 to York from Newcastle but this was cancelled. Is there ticket acceptance on LNER trains? We were told not so bought a new ticket but now hearing different… assume we can claim back the extra cost?

@TPEassist I’m now on the 10.01 LNER train from Newcastle to York. We managed to buy two advance single tickets before boarding. So can we claim a refund for the TPE tickets (£45), plus the difference we had to pay for LNER tickets at £57.60 (£12.60)?

@arrivanortheast I’ve just been advised by a really helpful bus driver that buying two singles from Brunton park to haymarket and back (at £2 each way) is cheaper than buying a return at £4.30. Why are you misleading people on your website?

@Se_Railway every morning the announcement at for the 9.03 VIC service from BMS says that it’s calling at BEC.. but it doesn’t, it calls at BKJ. This has been happening for months now, has no one flagged it before now?

@Se_Railway Did this train stop at BMS? They announced at Victoria that it wouldn’t be so I got the late running stopping 18.12 service, which only got as far as Herne hill before saying it wouldn’t be stopping at Bromley. Now according to the app it looks like this train did stop at BMS!

Also interesting that the stance is to do what is legally required, not what might be common courtesy. I work in a different industry, but for us obtaining consent is key to everything we do.
