hot take: a lotta y'all are some kinda disabled and don't realize it, cause you've been taught all your life to ignore discomfort in favor of "working hard"
mentioned to a guest i was a graphic designer/art director and he had the audacity to start bragging about how he used claude to help him design a 4-page website, so i said, “that’s nice—it’s platforms like those that got me and thousands of other designers laid off.”
i don’t think he could handle how mortified i’d made him because he left immediately after
does anyone else just not use ai because yeah yeah environment, stealing, slop, whatever but also because its just. bad. like fuck man i can do way better than this
I don’t think many able bodied people realize how much they benefit from accessibility. Elevators, glasses, texting, captions, home devices that control lights and make calls. Making things accessible for disabled people makes it accessible for everyone.
