#Shoutout to 15 year old Kaitlyn who has 16p11.2 microdeletion She was diagnosed aged 18 months with the condition which is a rare chromosome disorder. However this does not stop her from being a junior coach for Stevenage Starlets FC U10 Navy team and she has been with them for 3 years. She coaches alongside 2 great coaches Dan & Aaron who are very supportive and helpful.
