I've had so many glitchy issues with SR, I think I'm ready to just pull the plug. Their communication has been poor at best.

I want to know what they did to cause it and how they will ensure it won’t happen again. We’ve had a few issues with them that take far too long to fix so I don’t have much faith right now.
