Hey everyone, I just wanted to let you know that while I was at the traffic lights today in my local area (around 1 pm,) a man came over and distracted me by looking for directions. He was pretty believable, but as that was happening, another man came behind me to unhook Molly from her lead to grab her!

Molly did make a run from that person, but he put her in danger as she ran towards the busy road.

Thankfully a woman in her car spotted it and jumped out of her car to stop the traffic and assist me in retrieving Molly.

I'm a little shocked that it happened, especially after the great morning we had with our training.

Molly is now safe and sound in her bed with lots of kisses and cuddles. All I can say is to be alert for scammers like that. As I still can't believe it happened. #DogLovers #Beaware.

@8Ace___ @Worldpay_Global Yes I'm the same been withholding it since 13th January. My terminal won't even let me process a refund for a customer! This is a joke! They've now sent me an email asking to confirm a PO reference from a letter that they sent to an address we moved from 2 years ago! 😡

@Worldpay_Global I am absolutely appalled by your customer service! I spent around 2 hours on the phone yesterday trying to sort out my account. I have no online access as apparently I am not listed as the owner of the business despite being a sole trader and having the same account for 20 years

@Worldpay_Global The address was apparently updated on my terminal account and you sent the new terminal to my current address last year however you failed to update it in the rest of your system and now you think it's acceptable to hold my funds! This is not acceptable in any way! 😡
