@FreeNow_UK booked a taxi last week the driver already had passengers, picked me up in the middle of a traffic jam loaded my luggage before I realised. Driver took cash payment from other passengers as well as my app. Your customer service have said this is my fault & won’t help?

@Se_Railway The train guard advised that because the train departed late from St P we have missed our slots at Margate for half the train to then be able to get back to London. Why are we getting different stories? From all the disruption last few days this feels more a knock on of delays
