@ArchonOfZero That's literally what the person above said, yeah. The strict adherence to vertical progression is to the game's detriment to the people that complain about a lack of content. The game's design doesn't leave room for interesting horizontal progression which has many pros/cons

FYI something closer to the opposite of what you're proposing is true. Game Developers are paid bonuses by the Publisher based on the average metacritic score given by the critics.

@WhiteWolfLIT If you think game publications are paid off by publishers you're way off. Smaller publications it'd be closer to a "hostage" situation in the sense Publishers can withhold review codes, but reviewers are not paid. Just find a critic with tastes that align with yours and live life

@remboublasoski You're repeating what I said - GOG doesn't have any additional DRM software included to actually monitor and validate the current status of the license if you downloaded the software. Also, many Steam games are DRM free as well: https://t.co/Od9mKG5s6Q
