@Lenovo The screen was ghosting, a common problem on your chrome books apparently. It has now been sent back for repair. No offer of a replacement in the meantime, poor service after we waited four weeks for it to arrive. Ordered direct from lenovo

@Lenovo so disappointing when you order a chrome book to support your children’s home learning and first off all it takes weeks to arrive, then you find that when you do finally receive it, the machine is faulty! Then have to send it back for repair with no offer of a replacement
