I feel pet insurance is very complicated and old fashioned, that cover hasn’t been upgraded for decades. Does anyone do a modern insurance policy with upgraded cover? Eg the dog has had an ear infection once as a pup and therefore every ear condition is excluded. It’s Ridiculous

Seriously @sqanews. Just had to get one thing right. Had all year to prepare for it and you failed. Time to employ some new staff that can do their job for next year. In the meantime still waiting an email
