@MartinSLewis Agree about the power of consumer journalism. But BBC's output doesn't end with Watchdog. Rip Off Britain is currently on Series 16 and reaches millions. It will broadcast another 33 hours this coming year and is packed with original journalism driven directly by its audience.

@bt_uk Openreach cut off our internet this morning doing work on our road. 3 houses still down and Openreach has left. NO WARNING. Now you say you will have it fixed by end of Thursday! Not acceptable. Openreach say must go through you. Call you and msg says busy and cuts off.
