@NickTriggle But this isn’t new news, children have been waiting years for years. As a charity who support families struggling with mental health it’s my job to tell them that their referral doesn’t actually mean anything. It’s heartbreaking. We are beyond crisis point (2)
@NickTriggle As someone who works in children and young peoples mental health in Oxfordshire, I’m appalled by the statistics used in this report as well as the Comissioner’s advice. The families I work with wait at least 3 years, and most then get turned down as not being ‘severe’ enough (1)
Most restaurants haven’t had customers indoors for six months now. Stick to the booking, be kind, order dessert and don’t be an arsehole if something is wrong - patience is a virtue & everyone is relearning how to work.

1. calorie counting is dangerous for those suffering from eating disorders
2. people should be able to go out and enjoy a meal without worrying about every single calorie
I absolutely do not support the Tories spending £200 million on a new Royal Yacht named HMY Duke of Edinburgh when just a couple of months ago the Government said they couldn't afford to feed hungry children.
