@SwintonGroup I’ve tried to use the live chat and the agents don’t seem to understand that I’ve already made the complaint and now need it chase it up as we’ve had no response. The reference number is in the attached photo. The live chat is not useful for this matter.

@RubyHarrold My ankles are so flexi (from years of ballet) mine roll frequently and despite several close shaves where I was convinced I’d broken something, each time it’s only been ligaments and they just seem to stretch and stretch!! Once did this mid-performance and just carried on!!! 🩰
