@ASOS_HeretoHelp I have tried to return 2 of my orders by Hermes pick up but they never came to collect it. I have also tried to return these via collect plus before this but the barcodes provided did not work!

@DPDcustomercare I had a blue card put through my letter box however there was no information on this slip other than the word 'BOX'. We do have a metal lockable post box in our front courtyard but there was nothing left in here and there is nothing I can find left anywhere!
