He then asks for more time to hire it again at full speed.

Whether it’s a foul in most people’s opinion is totally irrelevant.
It’s wasn’t 100% clear and obvious to him , so the on field decision should never have been changed

@darren_od80 @DaleJohnsonBBC The referee only saw a clip of the holding near the keeper. The ref didn’t see the holding from start of a pen would have been awarded obviously
