Day 1 was so fun! Jokes, pets, and other shenanigans with a few of my county’s 4-H youth. Plus checking in on our social-emotional health. Join us next week @UNLCassCounty 4-Hers! #NE4H
Enrolled Cass 4-H members: join us on Fridays at 10:30 a.m. to engage with your fellow youth 4-Hers! To find more information visit to our website!

I’ve had the BEST experience in D.C. this week assisting in facilitating the Health Rocks! training alongside @JillGoedeken and @mbwalker2414. Thanks for a great few days, all! 🍀
We had our first 4-H Council meeting of the year, & our youth members took time to reflect on what it means to be a leader in a team...and they learned one (not so easy) way to draw a four-leaf clover.
We are looking forward to a great year ahead with all our 4-H Council members!
Cass County 4-Hers participated in a mock livestock judging contest with several Lancaster County 4-hers and university livestock judging teams on East Campus on Sunday. Thank you to UNL livestock judging coach, Blaine French for allowing our youth to be a part of your event!
Tremendous in the 4-H world means: eager, fun and passionate. This group of New 4-H Workers is just that. Great things ahead for this cohort as they serve @Nebraska4H!! #NebExt
