It is with a heavy heart we say goodbye to a tremendous man and one hell of firefighter. Please take a moment and hug your loved ones, because they can be gone in a blink of an eye. Thank you Chief Johnson, you were a great man.
Great meeting with @MikeCrapo yesterday to discuss firefighter issues. It's great to have someone like him that will listen and understands our needs. #IAFFLegCon#pffi#iaff

An outstanding day of fellowship & sharing the work @IAFFNewsDesk continues to do on our behalf A special S/O to Tim Parker (Lewiston Local 1773) Firefighter of the Year & Douwe Debour (Guardian Policy) Thank you @ProFFIdaho 💪
The real question Caldwell taxpayers should be asking is, why doesn't your fire dept have an adequate ladder truck? Or the personal to staff it? Where are your tax dollars being spent? @KTVB@TheIdahoPress@IdahoStatesman @KimFieldsKTVB
The City of Caldwell cannot afford to re-elect the same 3 council seats this year if they truly want positive growth. City employees are the backbone and they are all behind neighboring city's in pay and benefits! Time for a Change Caldwell! #caldwellid
Presented Local President Will Gigray of @Local1821Pres with certificate from #IAFF on 50 years of continuous affiliation with Union. Congratulations and may the difficult, but necessary work be continually beneficial to the citizens & firefighters who serve. #1U#IAFFStrong
A starting firefighter in Caldwell can no longer afford to purchase a starter home in the community they serve. Something doesn't seem right here. 👨🚒🤔
As you enjoy this 3 day weekend, ask yourself this. Would I have a weekend, health benefits, paid vacation time or paid sick leave without organized labor?
