My position at KSHB is being eliminated, which means my time as an investigative reporter will soon come to an end.
While it’s surreal and sad, the strongest emotion I feel right now is gratitude.

ANNOUNCEMENT:

In 2013 I packed my car and a U-Haul and drove to Fayetteville to work at KNWA/FOX24/KARK. I hadn’t planned to stay long. But I met a guy, got married, had two beautiful babies, and fell in love with NWA and covering Arkansas. It had been a wonderful and rewarding time being a part of the media in NWA. I have met so many great people and traveled to some amazing atmospheres. This place made me who I am as a journalist. I am so forever grateful for that.

However, now it’s time for me to refocus my priorities. I want to rededicate my time to my kids, and I want to refocus on what makes me happy.

Thank you for opening your arms to me at Pig Trail Nation. I left it in a great spot to go to the next level.

After almost 12 years. I’m signing off, for now.
