Two paths for Bidwill to reconcile with Arizona Arizona Cardinals fans.

1) Sell the team

2) Completely change:

- Higher an empower, a team president and get out of the way.

- Allow that team president to hire the GM of their choice.

- Allow the GM to spend available space.

- Stop being cheap with players and run the organization like a competent and competitive team.

- Make yourself more available to the media and be more transparent. Take ownership and don’t be defensive.

- Get rid of the Casitas and restore Fan seating.

- Reduce ticket prices and don’t increase them until you’ve improved the product.

- Follow Matt Ishq’s lead and make decisions that are Fan focused (concession pricing, etc.)

- Rebuild the internal organization, bringing in fresh blood and empowering those leaders.

- Field have a team that competes for the playoffs regularly.
