@franklin_tzz @MostlyPeaceful@JackPosobiec He wasn’t legally armed as he didn’t have an ID on him. In Minnesota that is a requirement when carrying. No, that doesn’t mean he should have been killed, but it’s quite literally not “legally armed”.
@mnguncaucus@TheaKay73 So you’re acknowledging it isn’t legal. I’m just answering your question of why that matters. I’m in agreement that it *shouldn’t* be a thing, but it is.
@ConnorButl38240 @firearmvideos I’m making a joke about your shirt. You can successfully check a firearms function without throwing a real round in it. Primer is one way, but snapcaps is probably the better route. A case like this it would probably require more than dropping a hammer since it’s likely slam-fire
@ConnorButl38240 @firearmvideos Probably a snap cap, got brain? Or are you just clueless on how to simulate a firearm’s firing pin (in this case probably a nail) impacting a particular part of a shell. Hell you could bring a shell, cut off the front and dump all the contents out and then it’s just a primer.
ALERT: Consumer loan default rate hit the highest level since 2012
This is happening right when consumers have run out of excess savings
But still have to pay back record levels of credit card debt
This is not sustainable for long
@GovTimWalz I’m sure all the thugs doing drivebys & stealing cars at gunpoint with auto switches on their Glocks give a fuck about your magazine ban lmao this is California or New Jersey level dense. Stop it, get some help. You’re just a want-to-be tyrant, maybe we can call you “Fat Newsom”.
@GFWOE@StarTribune Someone shooting at anyone is absolutely an excuse to shoot back, especially if the one shooting back is the one being shot at. Go be daft somewhere else.
@TheMan_WitaPlan @ElmerSWellsJr @BENBALLER@Tw1tterPicasso Lmao okay, whatever you need to tell yourself, mr. “Can he prove himself innocent”, which again, is not a thing in the USA.
@TheMan_WitaPlan @ElmerSWellsJr @BENBALLER@Tw1tterPicasso Well based on you previous comments, you don’t really understand the justice system in America. This guy is completely in the right in this case. You appear to be, at the very least, against this man defending himself from a perceived threat.
@TheMan_WitaPlan @ElmerSWellsJr @BENBALLER@Tw1tterPicasso He did defend himself, from a perceived threat that was reasonable to believe he would have great bodily harm or death should he not take action. Quit standing up for the degenerates that tried to rob him.
@TheMan_WitaPlan @ElmerSWellsJr @BENBALLER@Tw1tterPicasso The owner, once he made contact, has no clue the intentions of the robber, he could have been trying to get distance to pull a gun. Again, we default to threat of bodily harm by jumping the counter. Guarantee that idiot won’t try and rob again. Justified UoF.
@TheMan_WitaPlan @ElmerSWellsJr @BENBALLER@Tw1tterPicasso He doesn’t need to prove he was in danger. We have the presumption of innocence in America. The prosecutors in LV would need to prove that he was not in danger and that he had no fear of his life to nullify the self-defense claim.
@BENBALLER If your friend is going to start carrying a firearm, he best keep it on his person, and not in a drawer, my biggest pet peeve of this video is where he kept the knife.
