The Global Consensus on #HealthyLongevity emphasizes:
🌟 Movement is the key to a healthy life! 🌟
Scientific evidence shows that staying physically active, maintaining a healthy diet, avoiding smoking, and limiting alcohol consumption are essential for well-being at any age.
🔴 Left side: The pathway of inactivity: higher risk of diseases, loss of muscle mass, and decreased functional capacity.
🟢 Right side: Physical activity as preventive medicine: preserves physiological functions and lowers the risk of falls, fractures, and mortality.
💡 Remember! While aging is inevitable, exercise slows down the process and enhances your quality of life. Choose to move, choose to live better!
