THIS is what friendship is all about - showing each other our versions and perspectives of the world. Learning, expanding our understanding of the world. Becoming better versions of ourselves! Love you brother 🙏
I did so many of my 1st things after watching you do them.
- 1st jump in ocean - Santa Barbara
- 1st BBQ - your house
- 1st camping trip - Mammoth
- 1st Ironman race - Santa Cruz
- 1st paddle boarding - LA
And a lot of learnings on American way of living.
Now we have a friendship like this. Life has been a blessing by itself.
I am just so so soo sooo grateful.
It feels like I am living my why everyday.
I put my legs on earth in morning.
And start doing my things.
And it feels like I was born to just do what I do.
And then I sleep again in peace.
The journey was scary. Job, layoff, country change, startups whatever. Lot has happened.
Took a while to drop everything. It has a rare path. A hard path.
To find the true path. The path designed for me.
Now it’s great to be living my why everyday.
I am just so so soo sooo grateful.
Just finished a 5-day fast and honestly, it changed a lot for me. My senses were sharper, my sleep score shot up into the 90s (out of 100), and I felt this deep sense of calm and clarity. Gut issues disappeared, allergies cleared up, and it felt like my whole system got a reset. I didn’t expect these kinds of results, but I’m definitely doing it again next month.
Thinking of turning it into a little group experience where we all do this together — who’s in?
@Vanessa72227994 That’s amazing, congrats on that! Yeah I totally agree. I feel like my body now really enjoys fasting! It’s finally getting time to clean itself up.
36 hours into my 5-day fast. The mental clarity when your body switches to ketones is unreal. Autophagy doing its work, clearing out those energy-draining zombie cells. Each fast feels like a physical rebirth. Challenging but worth it. ✨ #FastingJourney
