Opinion. Few will buy something if they don’t have full disclosure on the regulatory and financial burden of the entire business so they can understand how much they need on reserve for regulatory and other litigation issues. I know from the buyers I have been sourcing to help.
The alternative is @CelsiusNetwork provides financial transparency under NDA (including anything that they must disclose that they may not like) on the entire business like other distressed crypto lenders to strategic recovery plan investors - then a plan can be developed.
Would the @CelsiusNetwork community like me to put together a more clear panel of lawyers to support those that may not have time or cannot afford legal ideas? I’ll share this thread with them if you use it to ask the questions you would like to ask the best lawyers in crypto?
