HOW TO INVEST IN CRYPTOCURRENCY

Be true to yourself in crypto. Know that you are in a very risky environment and everything can go to zero in an instant! And yes, I mean everything.
I see so many people online. Investing in extremely risky assets only because they think “if it goes up, I make this” which is ok. But the same people don’t think of “if it goes down too” They only look up.

some people think that price only ever goes up. No, price goes down too and then may or may not go up. So you must think of all this before putting even just a dollar in some coin.
Practice risk management always. Ensure that all your money invested in crypto can come back if not now then sometime in the future.
This guarantee can only be given by BTC which means you must factor in your investments based on how much you think BTC can appreciate in value. For instance, if you think the minimum BTC can do in the next bull market is a 4x, therefore you MUST invest at least 25% of your capital in BTC alone. This guarantees that your money will come back in the end! Ethereum is good too as it will secure your capital and bring you great gains.
So, we could say that 50% of your entire portfolio should be in BTC and ETH alone. This will atleast give you a 2-3x return on your entire portfolio in the next bull market (if not, then everyone in crypto will lose as it all has to go to zero to not give you gains).

NOTE that these are extremely conservative values because depending on how low you buy BTC or ETH, you can make some really crazy multiples from them!

After 50% in BTC and Eth for this very conservative portfolio, you may wanna allocate on larger caps by basis of their necessity!
So, you could go with projects like Link ( which without it, defi will implode) or another project that is of very necessary for most other crypto projects (this is my go for the jugular strategy and yes, chainlink there is just an example, I’m not saying that you should invest in it).
This part of the portfolio should ideally take about 30% of your entire portfolio so you’d have 80% in on cryptocurrency.
After that then you can go for other large to small caps that are in their own separate value niche like storage, defi, or any other categories. This part should take about 15% of the portfolio.
Then you can go for nano caps or moon shots which are extremely risk but only 1 successful project here can give you your portfolio value 5x. (Only 1). You can allocate this 5% to 3-5 different projects or more as you would like. but note that this 5% of your entire portfolio is where you have that tolerance.
To some, this 5% can be small, to some, this can be huge, but the idea is to only risk a very small part of your portfolio in extremely risky projects as they fluctuate in value a lot. Down 50% in a day and up 5x the next day is a norm in their world.

A simpler and more steady way to invest in crypto without any headaches would just be to invest in BTC and ETH only. This way, you won’t have to be super worried. You would be in the event of a catastrophic drop, but at least it wont be an everyday worry!
