I'm convinced that community tournament organizers have the hardest job in the esports ecosystem.

Purely volunteer, and run by sweat. Rarely financially sustainable, always putting out fires, and mostly overlooked by publishers.

And yet it's so incredibly important they exist👨‍🌾

As far as I know most nba teams have ditched their mascot logo marks to go with simpler and easier to scale logos. Why does esports still have so many of them?
