बाइक सवार ने सिर्फ इतना पूछा, "सर, आप खुद बिना हेलमेट क्यों हैं?"

बस, यहीं से मामला बदल गया।

व्यक्ति कहता रहा, "डीजी लॉकर में सभी डॉक्यूमेंट्स हैं, देख लीजिए।" लेकिन आरोप है कि पुलिस ने देखने से इनकार कर दिया और कहा, "थाने चलो... गाड़ी वहीं मिलेगी।"

सबसे बड़ी विडंबना यह कि जो लोग खुद ट्रैफिक नियमों का पालन करते नहीं दिखे, वही कानून का हवाला देकर कार्रवाई करने लगे।

अगर वीडियो में दिख रहे आरोप सही हैं, तो सवाल सिर्फ एक है—कानून सबके लिए बराबर है या सिर्फ आम जनता के लिए...?
