@GeneralElectric we have had this ice machine for almost a year and for the last eight months it makes this awful noise and we can't figure it out. It sounds like a dying cat. We've tried everything. What is wrong with this?

@AmexBusiness what a joke. We run business spend through you & pay it off daily. Now months later you freeze the account because we are earning too many points and you want access to our bank accounts? We pay on time, have liquidity. This is how you treat good clients? Fix it.

@CoxComm is the worst company ever. Appt pushed Fri โ Sat โ Tue โ Mon. Tech was an hour late & we were never told repair would require shutting down our internet, so he left and promised to return at 8 am sharp today. No show. Cox then said 11:51. It is 12 pm. Where is Cox?
@JPMorganAM Sent transfer docs repeatedly for a client. Confirmed receipt via phone, now deny it, with requirements changing and constant moving goalposts. Clients deserve better. Holding money hostage to retain assets is shameful. Likely moving biz/personal accts away as well.
@Audi We bought a 2017 A7 that seemed in great condition, & salesman was really pushing it. No warranty avail. but a power train, which we bought. Less than 2 mos. later, the entire computer system failed it's $2,500 to replace it. Something seems fishy & that's not cool. #scam
@SonoraQuestLabs typical. no response, crickets. After the level of incompetence, this is negligent. Awful company, awful "customer service," & dangerous to LOSE peoples' bloodwork & not process it. The effects this led to for me are immeasurable &unpleasant. You should be put out of business.
@SonoraQuestLabs I want a supervisor to contact me immediately. Apparently your lab techs pick and choose arbitrarily which tests to draw on their own volition. The damage this mistake has cost me is costly.
@Litter_Robot We are having many issues with our little robot. Urine just sticks to the casing & it doesn't filter properly. We've called many times, tried all the "remedies," we even had the replacement motor part sent. This is not what we expect from nearly a $1,000 product.
