Such a pathetic experience, the delivery person don't come to the address and just give a miss call of 1 second and we received the msg, Your delivery can't be done. And while calling back they don't pick the call. Also the customer care is rude on call.

This is to make a complaint regarding corruption in North central railways Jhansi division.
Officer named Mr. Rohit Khare is asking money to book the perishable items in train luggage bogie.

When we denied to give the money he returned the booking form saying the name is not correct, though we are in business from more than 40 years and never had such experience.
Kindly help and get the person proper punishment.
