How can we find out why student cases keep being added then removed from the Dashboard? 40 cases added on Dec 22, removed after winter break, added back by Jan 8, and removed again on Jan 12. Labelled "virtual," but were they in the buildings or not?

We need clean options for the future regardless of the current virtual learning. Esp since buses have been out almost every day since this started.
