@JioCare has the worst customer service process and resolution time. If any one is working and the internet goes down and provides next day resolution. Hope @JioCare pays their employees without looting the public. People suffer who have WFH. Frustrated service and no person😖.

@MumbaiVeterina2 The board states 9 AM, but doctors arrive at 9:30 or 10 AM. If timing isn’t followed, what’s the point of having it? While we must be punctual at work, where is the accountability here?

Acko trains employees to deduct customer claims against policy terms to save money for the company. Grievance team couldn’t resolve my issue but still sent a fake resolution email. Such deceptive practices are unacceptable! #Acko #Fraud

Look at WhatsApp service they have, even typing what's been asked, still its service doesn't. Trying to call customer care, it doesn't work. How do I get resolved this @jagograhakjago.

@JioCare, my internet is down, and I’m unable to reach customer care as the calls drop. The app isn’t loading properly either. I’m working from home and urgently need this resolved. Service has become worse than @ViCustomerCare It might be time to switch to Airtel if this cont.
