Currently been sat on a @Ryanair flight from Vienna to Manchester for over 90 minutes without air con in intense heat. Limited information, unacceptable conditions especially for elderly and children. No water given out. Lucky nobody has fainted or worse. Unacceptable.

@AnnaKorving I had this on a bus this week. Was subjected to a full episode of love island and then a full phonecall on speaker phone. I did question why I (or anyone else) didn't say anything but probably for fear of backlash! I was so irritated! Grr indeed!
