All the balls had to be thrown away, the playplace had to be closed, professionally disinfected at enormous expense per regulation, and basically all the revenue increase for that year was eaten up by one dumbass and the playplace had to be blocked off, which irritated customers who saw it and then couldn't bring their kids inside. Many complained. about false advertising, etc.

A cool thing became a drag and a negative.
