Tai is a Registered Dietitian, Health Writer and Researcher. She has experience working within the NHS, charities, public health organisations, non-government organisations, academia and research.
Tai likes exploring her creative side and entwining this with her knowledge in research and nutrition to create infographics. She posts these on her Instagram account entitled ‘Tai Talks Nutrition’.
