But the point is this: the delay was not accidental it was systemic and deliberate.

'Speaking to BBC Radio 4's World At One, Michael Mansfield KC criticised the approach to delay the police investigation until after the public inquiry's completion.

Mansfield said the decision to wait for it to conclude "tacks on five or six years or more", describing it as "an unwarranted delay".
The immediate families of half of the 72 people who lost their lives, have said for over 3 years that there was a deliberate act of delaying and derailing of our Justice.
