You know that thing you love doing? The thing that lights a fire within you? If you don’t, find it and do it EVERY 👏🏻 SINGLE 👏🏻 DAY! This morning I ran into the sunrise and it hit my soul just right. ❤️ #running#MentalHealthMatters#selfcare#exerciseisselfcare
He walks through Paris with a $40 handheld scanner.
He makes $25,000 a month.
Not from crime. Not from luck.
From walls.
Every street artist who spray-paints a stencil on a mailbox, a shutter, a crumbling wall — they're creating something that will be gone in weeks. Rain, buffing crews, other artists tagging over it. Most street art has a lifespan shorter than a TikTok trend.
He found the gap.
Every morning, before the city wakes up, he walks the same 15-block loop scanning raw, high-res captures of pieces before they disappear forever. Not phone photos — actual archival-grade scans, texture and all, the kind galleries use for reproductions.
One scan takes 20 seconds. Some walls he catches hours before they're painted over for good.
Here's where the $25K comes from:
→ Limited-edition prints, numbered and dated — "captured on [date], before it was gone." $80-300 each, 40-60 sold a month.
→ Brand licensing. Companies pay $500-2,000 per image for "authentic street culture" content — and he's sitting on an archive of thousands.
→ A private collector list that pays him a monthly retainer just for first access to new scans before anyone else sees them.
The irony? The artists never asked to be famous. Most are anonymous, unpaid, gone by morning. But their work is now hanging in apartments they'll never step into — funded by a stranger with a scanner and an eye for what's about to vanish.
He's not the artist.
He's the archivist nobody hired — and the only proof some of this art ever existed.
One year in: 15,000+ pieces scanned. A six-figure business. And a city that has no idea its walls are being quietly turned into a paycheck.
Leg day with my new Lift Log journal 📓 I love the process of writing out my workouts and tracking my reps by pen rather than my phone. It’s kept me super present in my workouts this week. No regrets ditching the 1st Phorm app. 💪🏻
The Pamela Anderson doc on @netflix was so great! I love her for being vulnerable, honest, and real. She’s finally found her power! ♥️ #PamelaALoveStory#PamelaAnderson
@1stPhorm is more than doubling their price for the app? Girl, bye. I’ve used exclusively 1st Phorm products/sups and shopped at S2 for almost 3 years. I’ve always thought is was worth the price until today. What other fitness tracking apps do y’all use? #fitness
