@CommerceBank is it the LPL thing that’s causing these issues with accounts? My gf has been waiting on hold for an hour after discovering there were 3 additional accounts in the app and most of her funds had been moved.

@CommerceBank We were on hold for an hour and 45 mins yesterday. I see other posts about the same exact behavior here. Pls make a public post about whether or not it’s malicious. It’s the responsible thing to do, particularly for the disabled. What would you do for people with hearing loss?

@CommerceBank With your hold times and people having accessibility/mental health issues, or just lives where they need to go to work, etc., if there is a technical issue affecting multiple accounts, you should issue a press release or SOMETHING to let people know they aren’t getting robbed.

@hubermanlab @RickRubin @DrJackKruse I wanted your thoughts on something from I think pt2 regarding circadian rhythm and lighting. @DrJackKruse says he uses blacklights at night, but aren’t black lights primarily UVA? And afaik, no UV is emitted at night naturally, so not sure I understand why the blacklights.
