This Sacramento cannabis dispensary says its products are taxed at a RIDICULOUS 38% rate and is demanding an audit of the money.

We looked into it ourselves and found that $350 million meant for substance abuse programs instead went to Democrat voter machines!

🚨BREAKING: Congressman Jamie Raskin has been ordered to repay the federal government $304,000 he took from the illegal student loan debt relief program for his daughter's tuition to Stanford.

"Mr. Raskin knew the program would be shot down," wrote 14th District Judge Joseph A Barron, "so he pushed his application through using his position."
Raskin's defense was that the program was perfectly legal when he took the money.

"That defense is summarily rejected."
The judge also noted that the Raskins are worth more than $14 million and shouldn't have qualified in the first place.

"There's grounds for a criminal case here if ever this court saw one."

California lost ~17% of its refining capacity in a year after operators cited sky-high costs and the country’s most punishing regulatory regime—rules Democrats wrote and enforced. Plants don’t close in Texas. They close where policy makes them unprofitable.

The common-sense fix is to scrap the rules that shut the plants down and let refiners produce again.

🔷Becerra’s father, Manuel, was born in Sacramento, California, and was NOT AN IMMIGRANT.

🔷 His mother, María Teresa Schmidt, was born in Guadalajara and entered the U.S. at age 11 in 1943 with her mother, Margarita Schmidt Pérez, and grandmother, María Pérez.

🔷His mother’s side had GERMAN heritage, so Becerra is not of Indigenous Mexican descent.

These findings contradict Becerra’s claim during the CNN debate that he is the son of two immigrants who arrived in the U.S. with $12, as well as his accusation that @SteveHiltonx was a racist immigrant because he is of European descent.
