"Holding Afghanistan's money on any name is unfair and unjust. That money belongs to the people of Afghanistan", said former Afghan President Hamid Karzai.
The just voice & request of Afghan people and the int'l community should be fully respected, morally and legally.

Using humanitarian aid as a bargaining chip or a political tool is playing games at the cost of the lives and well-being of 38 million Afghans who are in desperate need of relief. It is morally unacceptable, and strategically short-sighted and dangerous.
