@IWCare No water. The situation has not changed since my original post.
A 3rd world service in a 1st world country. What a joke and I pay for the water I receive.

@IrishWater 9 days without water. 3 call to Irish water and still no service. Trying keep equipment clean in this weather is very difficult and produce a clean supply of apple to Bulmers not helped by very poor service from Irish water.

Beautiful day yesterday for the final press of the season - this year didn’t have the same sugar boost as last year due to our shabby July, but produced some really interesting phenolics throughout. Looking forward to what comes next….over to you wild yeasts! 🍎🍐
