@SeaWorld just had the worst experience at #AquaticAdventures. Bought tickets online for my family today and was told they couldn't used until tomorrow without paying more. Then had the manager walk away from me saying she isn't dealing with it. Is that how you treat customers

Got a message from Mike from #SouthwestAirlines telling me that bags don't take up seats. But have gave no explanation as to why they couldn't give my bags within the two hours that they had between my flight being cancelled and the time it should have taken off.
