Absolutely lol, it’s opportunistic « market making ».
But that what makes these markets so fun to trade imo. You absolutely still can find edge as a taker so idk where the « every real trader avoided (…) » comes from.
Regarding the rebates I have been saying for quite some times that they should lower/ remove them and bring down taker fees.
Point is we still provide liquidity even if it’s not what you’d call « healthy » liquidity. Which I’m personally not willing to do with current conditions.
