@DHLPaket Understanding comes with communication. If you tell sender it will 2 to max 4 days, expectations are set. If you are unable to meet those, tell the customer.
Then there will be patience.
I need that package, last friday. Waiting is not a solution. How will you solve this?

@googlenest Everything in Home app works (mini's, Nest Audio's and Chromecast's.) Same for the lights etc in the Hue app. Just want to use the lights via the assistant again🤷🏾‍♂️

@tweethue trying to reconnect my #hue lights to my Google home. Worked before but now I just get "couldn't update your settings, check your connection". Tried several phones (android/apple), lot of "solutions" online. No prevail. Annoying now for a few days already. #HELP?

@googlenest That would be great! For some reason I can't get the Google Home app to connect to the Hue account. Its trying but somehow somewhere in the communication between the two, it fails to finalize it. Hue shows up (without proper logo) as connected but no lights to be seen in the app.
