Self-dealing with taxpayer dollars is obviously unethical to anyone with more than a few neurons to rub together.
“Should have spoken to the integrity commissioner”, should have had actual integrity.
I think it's quite clear this is more than just a hotel bill scandal. It's also a sex scandal.
The taxpayer was funding extramarital affairs.
There is no other conceivable rational explanation for expenses like this.
