I replied to that email very angry as I had replied and they ignored me.
A week has passed and still no reply
I have emailed @Madeingift_en again today. If I had an honest response with an explanation I’d have taken it. But to be lying to my face, is something I won’t stand for.

[Lorna Alice Raper @Lorna93]

For my friends 30th we bought her some personalised shoes & what was delivered was NOT as advertised and also the wrong size. I have been emailing them since August. They didn’t reply to my last email so I sent a follow up email & this was their reply DO NOT USE @Madeingift_en

@SCSupertram hello- is it possible to order a yearly tram ticket or is it just available as monthly ticket options? Thanks!

@lukenichols27 @EntertainerToys I couldn’t in the shop!! 😂🤣

Buy a gift card you can’t use 👏🏻👏🏻 hahahaa feel robbed! 😂🤦🏼‍♀️

[Lorna Alice Raper @Lorna93]

Not impressed with @EntertainerToys
Went to pay with gift voucher
The system hasn’t worked apparently worked since Saturday.
Only way I can use gift voucher is online where I have to spend more money for click and collect and the things I wanted aren’t online?
🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

[Lorna Alice Raper @Lorna93]

I’m now on 5 damaged/incorrect/failed deliveries @vidaXL_HQ
They have a phone line that’s only open 3 hours a day 😑😑😑
So unsustainable to have 4 separate damaged glass shower screens in my home!
Don’t use them.
Copy and paste email replies that don’t answer your questions.

Hey Argos. I think there is something missing from my order. Can you help @Argos_Online

[Lorna Alice Raper @Lorna93]

PT 2: … LOW AND BEHOLD- all the shipping information I have of all movements shows that they still had the parcel 2 days later. @waldo_vision are blatantly lying to me to keep my money. I will not stand for this. Good companies need recognition - and bad ones shared!

[Lorna Alice Raper @Lorna93]

PT 1 : Company two.@waldo_vision - NEVER USE THEM! I’ve been charged over £50 after being told to cancel online and not allowed to- then take £50 and told to call. They said they couldn’t stop the parcel as it had already been dispatched and I HAVE TO PAY TO RETURN IT……

[Lorna Alice Raper @Lorna93]

Company one. @glasses_direct
I’m already blown away by them before they carry out any work. I emailed to see if the could fix my glasses, as my silly dog broke the lens 🤦🏼‍♀️. I’ve been sent a FREE RETURNS label- and they will only carry out work once I approve the cost. #amazing
