@Bethanrosexx @TicketmasterCS We later realised the tickets were now with O2 and we needed to set up on their app to access. Ticketmaster did not make this clear. We have been able to transfer to allow our friend to sell but he’s only being allowed to sell for £124. We paid £256

@TicketmasterCS We have been told @oliviarodrigo’s event organiser @O2Arena__ have revoked the right to resale or transfer tickets for 18/5. I need sell two tickets. My friend has paid me the £560 for 2X Ga Pit VIP tickets and can no longer go It’s in 6 days! @TicketmasterUK said it’s not them!

We have GA Pit tickets for @oliviarodrigo @O2Arena__ 18/5 and cannot resell or transfer them to my friend who we got them for. If they are ours and we cannot go why can we not sell them? Also no one can confirm if we may be able to transfer closer to the date

However, you may be able to sell or transfer your tickets through the O2 Arena App or to your friends or family. If you'd like to do this, check your order to so if the Sell and Transfer

@TicketmasterCS We have two tickets to @oliviarodrigo 18/5 at @O2Arena__ but cannot resell or even transfer to the friend we bought them for! @TicketmasterUK has washed their hands of the situation blaming @O2Arena__ Is it @oliviarodrigo making us lose £560 as we are now unable to attend? HELP!
