This is a good thread about Jamie's essential work on the Ktown neighborhood council. I believe very strongly that NCs are absolutely full of unexplored capabilities for activists to exploit and we should keep at it!

I pray people won't write-off the importance of neighborhood councils and the fact that they might sometimes be the *only* stopgap available to shed light and possibly prevent predatory development in Los Angeles.
