If you're worried about saying the wrong thing to a grieving friend, remember this: their loved one is dead. As long as you are respectful and empathetic, you can't really make it worse. Just say something.
Hello grievers and #grief professionals, of all kinds! I lost my mother to breast cancer almost 2 years ago. I’ve started a #podcast about grief related topics, and would love to have guests on to speak about their experiences! Let me know if this would be of interest 💕
A fun, down to earth article about some troublemakers (well meaning or not) that you may come across on your #grief journey https://t.co/mo9JSyt9Xp via @modernloss
Sometimes the only way I can address my grief is through a concentrated effort. Writing is one of the rituals that helps! #grief#writing
